About Man And His Tools
My name is Ryan Yoder, I am the owner/operator and sole employee of Man And His Tools in Goshen, IN. I have been serving as an all around handyman and painter for the last 10 years and I love every second of it.
Since I was 12 years old I knew I wanted to own and run a business. I have never been the type that enjoys
working for someone else - I want to work for myself. It was a long and difficult road to get there though, starting when I was born having
a 110 degree fever and dieing twice, growing up with severe dyslexia, and having intense therapy to be able to do something as simple as read.
It was during these years I built my character around the strength I had to have to push through difficulties and to work hard for what you want to do.
As I got older I never let go of that thought to be a business owner, and when I got a job working under some contractors I knew that this is where my ambitions can grow.
I loved working with my hands, building people's dreams and leaving them with something unique and lasting. I have worked under some amazing people
and learned everything they had to teach me. I inherited their work ethic and knowledge and after some time I knew I was ready to finally fulfill my 12
year old self's dream and start my business.
So for anyone going through adversity in life, I just want to say to never stop believing you can be everything you want to be. Be you for you, and how God created you to be. I am an example of the pursuit that those words inspire, and even though you came to my website looking for a contractor I hope you can end your visit here with some inspiraiton.

My Mission
To provide the best service for my customers at the best price. When I get a job, I don't see my clients a numbers on a spreadsheet or a zero's on a check, I see them as people who want to improve the quality of their lives around them. It's an amazing feeling to be able to give someone that.
MY Goals
My goal for Man And His Tools is to grow and expand the business to be "Men And Their Tools". There's only so much one person can do, and I don't want to turn anyone away because I am booked out. Someday I hope to get the the point where I have amazing people to work with and have the ability to make more people happy than I could have by myself.
MY Vision
You get out of life what you put into it, and I put in everything I have. I won't stop learning, changing, and evolving as a person and business owner. Everything I have is because I had to work hard to get it, and I will never take them for granted. That inlcudes the work I perform. I am grateful for every phone call and I will work tirelessly to give you the things you worked hard to have done.
